Chang An City (念长安)

We ordered one of the combos that allowed us to sample many dishes. This is not your regular American Chinese restaurant, and it allows you to sample an assortment of dishes you may not usually find. Roujiamo, a flatbread with tender, creamy pork, is delicious. The cold noodles are spicy yet refreshing, and the spicy potato buns were great, too! I am also a huge fan of tea eggs, and those did not disappoint. We will try again!

This is the best place I have found in the Triangle for authentic Chinese food. The food is always fresh, light and flavorful. This is by far my daughter’s favorite restaurant. We have eaten here 3 times in the last two weeks. She is in town for a short visit and this is where she wants to come when she is home. I can’t recommend Miss Chang An highly enough. They dining area is very small and they do much more take out. Either way it’s worth the trip.

Authentic flavor. I would recommend their xi’an cold noodles, it would be a good choice even if you just want to try out something different from your usual options.

Multi times here. Really enjoyed the food. If you are looking for the authentic Xi’An food. Come to this place, you won’t be disappointed.

I never leave review but I have to for this place because it’s just hands down the best authentic Chinese food I had in NC. I got the combo that has the pork buns, cold noodle and date dessert. everything was near perfection and the staff is super nice and make you feel at home. Im definitely coming back and trying out more of their menu.
